Kinda fucked up the formatting for the other blog posts, but they're dated anyways so who gaf!
Things are getting better! I've as of yesterday started taking an SSRI, which has made me alot less nervous. I was kind of hoping it would magically make me into the most social person ever so i could talk to people, but i quickly realised i still dk what to say to people LOL
However, I actually got to speak to some people today and it was awesome!! Genuinely a massive weight off my shoulders as it should become easier to talk to people and it was really fun too :)
Its actually really weird, because i was still incredibly anxious despite the SSRI, so I didn't feel that massive rush of nervousness, but i was shaking noticeably which is weird, probably because i just started them.
I think i'm going to just attach some cat pictures, the orange cat and black cats aren't ours, but just visit to be fed, Orange = Dexter and Void cat = Ghost!
The little calico is our cat maisie, she has a sylveon plush that my girlfriend got me - Love you melly!
Its funny to look back on the last blog post (2 down because its fucked up) and see how much has changed already

Been a few days since my last post, since then i've gone
up to york for a few days. TBH theres not much to do but its still a nice change of scenery. After updating my website a few times i'm realising its taking longer to load, so its probably worth making a specific page for my blogs rather than the main one (spreading out the amount of stuff to different pages to reduce load times) - or i could just make a youtube video yapping instead, probably will when i get home.
I've also started work on a video game! it's mainly for my computer science project, but also a passion project too, which i think is always nice for motivation. Its going to be a pokemon based demo, showcasing battling and exploration mechanics built from the ground in godot (See video on the right for what i've made so far)
TBH I've been a bit anxious about making youtube yap videos just because people from college will probably see and i don't even watch them back after recording them / they could be alot better if i edited them, and i've been really busy, which is why i'm using this blog to just mindlessly write
Finally, i've got two big tournaments coming up this weekend to round off the vgc season, during the world championships, which should be fun - i've been flowcharting specific matchups that have been problematic in the past but i've been running this team for nearly 5 months, so i have alot of experience.

Been a while since my last blog, and quite a lot has happened, so i thought i'd make an update! First of all, i had my birthday! Got some cool stuff like money and uhhhh shoes and uhh hoes. I can buy alcohol now (even though i probably will never drink (or atleast i hope not).
I've also started college! As of today i've been in for every day and its been alright. I think in one of my yap videos i was talking about trying to make friends, and i quickly realised going into college, that i have 0 social skills and have no clue what to say to people, which is kind of a big hurdle when you're yknow, trying to talk to people. So i'm just hoping people will speak to me and I can try and bounce off what they're saying.
In other news, i've recently bought a steam controller! See image on right / below. Its a really cool way of playing games, as it has two trackpads to emulate mouse movement on controller. Expect a yap video about this, because i think its awesome.
Regulation M-C for vgc has just begun, and I came third in my local with a new team. I won a graded sylveon card which is pretty awesome :)
I've also started therapy! woooo! i hope it goes well

First blog i am writing with this new formatting, which is pretty cool.
Right now i am deciding which AS level courses to choose in place
of my failed maths course - Did pretty well in my exams except maths, so i'm thinking of taking up something IT related / more casual so i'm less stressed next year.
First year of college was pretty rough. 62% attendance, barely spoke to anyone, so hopefully i'll be able to improve this year.
Moving on from college, I've been attending Pokemon VGC locals, which are small tournaments, and have been doing pretty well! I attended a fundraiser tour and ended up winning the whole thing, winning a gardevoir plush reward (See image on right)
Also hopefully starting therapy soon!
I'm hoping this blog will be a nice thing to look back on
